ARABESQUE and JETÉ – award-winning lamps with a perception of flying

We approached the students of KREA with a lighting technology workshop, where we announced the “MY FIRST LAMP” contest by providing professional and practical guidance. The participants welcomed the event with great enthusiasm.

Remarkable designs were submitted in the contest, and we gathered a selection of the most creative ones.

Katinka Mózes is a student specialized in interior design. She used balletic movements as an inspiration for her design sketches. It was the distinct appearance, exciting design and delicacy of her lamp that we found so compelling. We also appreciated the artistic concept. Based on the decision of our professional jury, we manufactured both of her designs.

The custom-designed luminaires – called ARABESQUE and JETÉ – were first presented in our mockup room on the day of the announcement of the winners.
